Brandon has been with State Farm since 2003 and joined Bryan Fifer’s insurance agency in 2018. Brandon is licensed to assist you with Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance. As a Team Leader, Brandon enjoys helping people manage everyday life by helping them find the right coverage for their families. He’s originally from Maryland but has called Florida his home since 2018. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys golfing and hosting a Disney podcast. Michael has been in the insurance industry for over 4 years and love helping customers with auto, home and renters insurance. He was born and raised in New York and currently lives in Ocoee. When he is not helping customers, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, listening to music and pursuing his degree in Integrated Business at the University of Central Florida.

Kacey is originally from Puerto Rico and now resides in Winter Garden, FL. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her willingness to learn new things and organize her environment is what led her to join our State Farm family. She is pursuing her bachelor’s in psychology at the University of Central Florida. On the weekends, she enjoys traveling and hiking. She looks forward to being your good neighbor!

Marie has been with State Farm since 1999 and with the Bryan Fifer Agency since 2017.  Marie is a friendly face welcoming all customers into our office. But her role is much bigger than that. Marie keeps the agency running smoothly everyday with both customer service and executing many of the behind the scenes office functions.

Paul is a Customer Service Representative with Bryan Fifer State Farm. He has a strong passion for giving back to his community and helping others in their time of need. He grew up in Arizona and California but currently lives in Minneola, FL. When he’s not busy helping our customers at our office, he enjoys practicing magic. Tara has a background in account management and event planning. She has a passion for helping others and meeting new people. As Director of Operations, she uses her strong organizational skills to create efficient and customer friendly office procedures. As Customer Service Team Lead, Tara strives to ensure that every customer who interacts with our team has their needs met promptly and in a friendly manner. Tara has lived in Windermere/Winter Garden since 2009 and is involved in various local organizations and networking groups. If she’s not working to help our customers directly, you can find her out in the community meeting our future customers at local events.

Steven was born in Palm Beach County, Florida. He moved to Central Florida to attend the University of Central Florida, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Since then, Steven has been working in the insurance industry helping people with life insurance and is joining our team as an Account Manager. Aside from work, he likes to watch basketball, listen to music, and hangout with his friends and family.

Erick comes to our agency from Greendale, Wisconsin where he has a background in customer service. He enjoys working with customers through problem solving and strategic thinking. Erick likes trying new foods, watching movies, and going on adventures. Erick has joined our Service Team where he will be working closely with our customers to help them prepare for the unexpected.

Jordyn was born and raised in Central Florida and currently resides in the Clermont area. On the weekends you can find her on the lakes, exploring downtown Clermont, or catching up on TV shows with her dog. Jordyn graduated from UCF with a focus in Health Sciences and Leadership Studies. She thrives on challenges and is always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness in her work and personal life. Her daily goal is to provide a great customer service experience when you visit or call our office.
